Shipping Policy 

Our merchandise is provided by a 3rd party manufacturer and ships directly from them. Items are printed or embroidered on a made to order basis and ship when ready. Turn around times are usually fairly swift. 

Keep in mind that if you do not receive your package within a reasonable timefrome (1-2 weeks) it may be lost. Please contact us if this is the case and we will look into it. 

Return & Exchange Policy 

If you are unhappy with your merchandise we need to know. If merchandise is defective or damaged, please return it to Printful immediately. Instructions for how to do this are included with the email correspondence. Please also reach out to us at the contact page and let us know what is wrong. We want to stay on top of our quality.
